Our concern for the very life of Gaia – our mother earth and the many life-forms on earth is something we are facing collectively now.

Our survival and well-being – whether personal or collective, depends on our ability to transform and shift in consciousness. Our collective well-being also depends on our caring use of our resources.

At ‘pomegranate’ we listen to and invoke a transformation of the material sources we use in our work – a strong motivation in our work is the transformation of waste to wealth, or a redemption of matter by enspiriting them through artistic input.

In nature there is no waste; that is an absolute principle. Our work at ‘pomegranate’ is about following , honouring, and working with natural principles.

It is our understanding that by returning to nature, by observing and simulating her principles and through our artistic engagement, we become a force of healing in the personal and the collective psyche. We therefore work to unite the divide between man and nature by restoring a partnership with nature and her ways.

The immense shift in consciousness that is demanded of us to become stewards of life, instead of propagators of destruction (that the life-style of the majority of us is causing) can be grounded in a life-style that is life-supportive and affirmative of our powers and caring abilities. ‘Pomegranate’s’ vision is to demonstrate a life-supportive life-style and to catalyse a transformation in consciousness, thereby enlivening our living space, as an aid and means in our evolutionary leap in support of life and our home-planet.
